Morning Tours

Garden enthusiasts should arrive at the parking area 30 minutes before their tour ticket time. Shuttle buses leave 15 minutes prior to tour time.

The Uncommon Garden is located in a residential Chapel Hill neighborhood with limited parking. Shuttle service is provided for the Tour to and from the garden site from Timberlyne Shopping Center where special parking has been arranged. An ArtsCenter tent will be centrally located with attendants to assist you.

The shops and restaurants of Timberlyne invite you to stop by before and after your tour to enjoy lunch, a cup of coffee or to pick up any necessary camera items.

Garden Gala

Ample, convenient parking is provided at Cedar Falls Park with shuttle bus service to and from the garden.  Cedar Falls Park is located at 501 Weaver Dairy Road, directly across the road from East Chapel Hill High School.

Shuttle buses begin to leave Cedar Falls Park at 6:45 PM, just prior to the start of the Gala. Recommend Gala attendees arrive at the parking area around 6:30 PM.
